Dear Friends,
We hesitate to request prayer for ourselves, but we are in need, and following our pastor’s suggestion we have decided to post this request, seeking the earnest prayers of God’s people.
As many of you know, our family travels full-time singing and preaching the Gospel across America. In late February, we purchased a 1996 RV that today was deemed unsafe for travel for our family of 11 by a qualified RV mechanic. That puts us in somewhat of a bind, seeing that we are scheduled to sing 440 miles from home in Texas THIS SUNDAY.
From there we continue on for four months, going between our home in Mississippi and as far north as Minnesota. Ten states in all before returning home around Oct. 26th. Our schedule is full, but our means to get to those meetings is uncertain at this point.
We are asking all our Christian friends to pray that the Lord will give us wisdom and guidance concerning our immediate transportation needs and those for the future.
We know our God is big and we honestly don’t feel agitated or anxious at all. We simply wait on Him. Will you pray with us?
